Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, honey, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined; be careful not to overmix.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Once baked, remove from the oven and while still warm, brush the top with additional honey for a sweet glaze.
